I made Marinated Cucumber today and I love it ♥

Here is the recipe for you:

Marinated Cucumber
This marinated cucumber makes a perfect complement to the swedish dish "Meatballs with potatoes".

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp vinegar (12%)
3 dashes of salt
1 dash of white pepper
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped parsley

A jar for storage.

Description:
1. Mix the water, vinegar, salt, white pepper and the sugar well together in a bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin slices and lay them in the jar, pour over the liquid.
3. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
3. Let stand and chill for one hour before serving.

You can also download a printable sheet with two recipe cards (one with this recipe on and a blank card) and with one label to print and hang around your jar :)
