And so I got a cold
And this is how I cure myself... with some rum, sugar, cinnamon and lime. It really works, here is the recipe for you:
Cold Cure
Water (enough for 1-2 mugs)
3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
1-2 teaspoons of unrefined sugar
1 lime
Dark rum or whiskey (optional)
Description:
Por water into a pan, add the cinnamon sticks and bring to boil. Boil for a little while (like 1-2 minutes) then take it to the side and then let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar into a mug, pour the cinnamon water over the sugar and stir until the sugar has melted.
Split the lime in half and squeeze the juice from the lime into the cup (you can add the juice from both halves or just from one half it is a matter of taste). Then add the rum.
Drink up while hot. The best time for this is in the evening before you go to bed and when you wake up the next morning you will feel much better.
(This will make you sweat a bit more than usual just so that you know and don't get scared ;-))
Cheers and get better soon!
